• Ensuring you log out at the end of each session on shared devices

• Service Providers: Professionals offering household services
• Business Accounts: Organizations with multiple properties or staff requirements

Account Verification

We may require identity verification through:

• Government-issued photo ID
• Address proof documentation
• Phone number verification via OTP
• Email verification
• Video verification for enhanced security

4. Acceptable Use of Platform

Permitted Uses

You may use Aeterna Longevity to:

• Search for and connect with verified household service professionals
• Post legitimate service requirements and job opportunities
• Communicate with potential staff members through our platform
• Review and provide feedback on services received
• Manage bookings, payments, and service agreements
• Access support and customer service features

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat all users with respect and professionalism
• Provide honest and accurate information in all communications
• Honor commitments and agreements made through the platform
• Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests
• Report any suspicious activity or policy violations

5. Services & Scope

Platform Services

Aeterna Longevity provides:

• Verification Services: Background checks, credential verification, reference validation
• Communication Tools: In-platform messaging, notifications, and coordination
• Payment Processing: Secure payment gateway integration
• Support Services: Customer assistance, dispute resolution, guidance
• Resource Center: Educational content, best practices, legal guidance

Nature of Relationship

• An employer or employment agency
• A party to the employment relationship between users and service providers
• Responsible for the actions, quality, or reliability of service providers
• A guarantor of specific outcomes or service quality
• A legal or financial advisor

Service Categories

Our platform facilitates hiring for:

• Housekeepers and domestic cleaners
• Cooks and kitchen staff
• Nannies and childcare providers
• Elderly care specialists and companions
• Gardeners and maintenance workers
• Pet care professionals

6. User Responsibilities

For Service Seekers (Employers)

As a household employer, you are responsible for:

• Legal Compliance: Adhering to all applicable labor laws, wage regulations, and tax requirements
• Employment Terms: Creating clear, fair employment agreements
• Safe Working Conditions: Providing a safe, respectful work environment
• Timely Payment: Paying agreed wages and benefits on time
• Insurance Coverage: Obtaining appropriate insurance for household employees
• Background Verification: Conducting additional checks if desired beyond our standard verification
• Tax Obligations: Complying with tax withholding and reporting requirements

For Service Providers (Employees)

As a service provider, you are responsible for:

• Accurate Representation: Providing truthful information about skills, experience, and credentials
• Professional Conduct: Maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity
• Reliability: Honoring commitments and showing up as scheduled
• Quality Service: Performing duties to the best of your ability
• Confidentiality: Respecting employer privacy and confidential information
• Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and household rules
• Documentation: Maintaining valid certifications, IDs, and work permits

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on our platform:

Fraudulent Activities

• Providing false or misleading information
• Creating fake profiles or accounts
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Payment fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Fabricating reviews, ratings, or references

Abusive Behavior

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Discrimination or hate speech
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Bullying or coercion
• Retaliatory actions against other users

Illegal Activities

• Child labor or exploitation
• Human trafficking or forced labor
• Violations of labor laws or regulations
• Tax evasion or financial fraud
• Any criminal activity facilitated through the platform

Platform Misuse

• Attempting to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions off-platform
• Scraping, data mining, or unauthorized data collection
• Reverse engineering or decompiling platform software
• Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Automated bot usage without authorization
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content

Content Restrictions

• Posting obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Sharing personal contact information in violation of privacy policies
• Uploading copyrighted material without authorization
• Sharing false, defamatory, or libelous statements

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of Aeterna Longevity including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and algorithms
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Design, layout, and user interface
• Trademarks, service marks, and brand elements
• Proprietary processes and methodologies

are owned by Aeterna Longevity and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and print content for personal reference
• Use our mobile applications on authorized devices

This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content
• Create derivative works or competing services
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes

User-Generated Content

By posting content on our platform (profiles, reviews, photos, messages), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you have the right to post such content
• Agree we may use your content for marketing and promotional purposes

9. Payment Terms

Service Fees

Aeterna Longevity charges fees for:

• Platform access and matching services
• Premium verification and background checks
• Subscription plans with enhanced features
• Additional support services

Payment Processing

• All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
• Receipts are provided via email after successful payment

Direct Employment Payments

Taxes

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• GST and other taxes will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax laws
• You are responsible for any taxes related to employment of household staff

10. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account closure option in your dashboard
• Contacting customer support
• Sending a written request to support@aeternalongevity.com

Upon termination:

• You lose access to all platform features
• Active bookings may be affected (subject to cancellation policy)
• No refunds for unused subscription periods (unless eligible under refund policy)
• Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You abuse or harass other users or staff
• Your account shows suspicious or unauthorized activity
• You fail to pay required fees
• We determine continued service poses risk to us or other users

Effect of Termination

• All licenses and rights granted to you cease immediately
• You must cease all use of the Services
• Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable
• Provisions that should survive termination (warranties, indemnification, limitations of liability) remain in effect

11. Disclaimers & Limitations

Service "As Is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the platform will meet your specific requirements

Third-Party Conduct

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeterna Longevity shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from use of Services
• Actions or omissions of service providers or other users
• Disputes between users and service providers
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeterna Longevity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your employment relationships with service providers
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute:

• Step 1: Contact our support team to attempt informal resolution
• Step 2: Escalate to management if unresolved within 15 days
• Step 3: Consider mediation or arbitration before litigation
• Step 4: Pursue legal remedies if necessary

Arbitration Agreement

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

13. General Provisions

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aeterna Longevity.
